So we front-load the decisions (levels, sightlines, shade, finishes, planting density) before construction, with revisions agreed in your proposal.
Preview is part of how we design, not an add-on you have to ask for. You see the space, we adjust it with you, and construction starts from something you have already walked through and approved.

When do we see the Preview?
After the free site visit, with the design. A designer is at your villa within 48 hours, and the design with visuals and a priced bill of quantities follows in seven days.
Can we change things once we are in the Preview?
That is the point of it. Changes made in Preview cost a conversation; the same change after procurement costs materials, programme and goodwill. We adjust the design with you and show it again.
What can we actually check in there?
Sightlines from where you will sit, shade against the afternoon sun, levels and steps, the pool position, and finishes, planting and lighting at full scale rather than on a sample board.
Does Preview replace the drawings?
No. It sits beside them. You still receive the drawing set and the priced bill of quantities line by line; Preview is how you check the decisions inside them before they are ordered.
What do you need from us to build it?
Your plot and your villa. The designer measures and photographs on the first visit, and the model is built from your actual plot rather than a generic garden.
