Why we started
Most outdoor projects go wrong in the same place — the gap between the person who designed it and the person who built it. The designer hands over a drawing, the contractor prices what they understand, and the client discovers the difference somewhere around week six. Everyone is technically doing their job. The garden still isn't what was promised.
We built Montera to remove that gap. We design it and we build it, with the same team accountable from the first site walk to the last plant. There is no hand-off to fall through, and nobody to point at when something needs solving.
You will always know where your project stands
The other thing that goes wrong is silence. Work happens on your property, you can't be there every day, and you find out how it is going by asking. So we document every project daily — progress, photographs, what happened and what is next — and you get it without having to chase anyone.
And before any of it starts, Montera Preview lets you walk the design as a space you can move through and look around. Sightlines, shade, levels and finishes get settled while changes still cost a conversation instead of materials and programme.

Co-Founder — Design & Technical
Runs the design and the engineering behind it — pool structures, hydraulics, levels, drainage and the detailing that decides whether it lasts.
How we work
- Design — we walk the site, understand how you want to use the space, and design it with a clear scope and a fair price.
- Preview — you walk the design before we build it, and we adjust it with you.
- Build — our own team delivers it, documented daily, with milestone gates you sign off.
- Handover & care — we finish clean, walk you through everything, and stay on for maintenance.

Villa communities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Islands and Park, Tilal Al Ghaf, Jumeirah Golf Estates, The Meadows, Springs and Lakes, and on the Abu Dhabi side Yas Island, Saadiyat and Al Shamkha.
